Exterior of Nose
The exterior part of the nosecontributes greatly to the facial appearance. It consists of superior bony structures (nasal bones) as well as inferior cartilage (Fig. 1). Multiple complex pieces of free cartilage form the tip of the nose and shape the nostrils.
